A Personalized Assistant Ready to Hold Your Hand

Your Breast Health Navigator is here to provide personalized assistance to you, your family and caregivers. Your navigator is a Registered Nurse (RN) who specializes in women’s health. She will help you from abnormal mammograms through all phases of diagnostic testing and treatment if needed. She will:

• Simplify the process by coordinating your care
• Help you overcome any barriers to care
• Support and offer guidance if you have abnormal screening results
• Schedule and ensure timely access to appointments and referrals
• Help you understand your results
• Be an emotional and medical resource to you and your family
