Where are you originally from?
Church Point, LA

Why did you choose OGHS?
I was with the Opelousas Orthopaedic Clinic from 1995 until 2001. I practiced in Alexandria from 2001 until 2008. When I was offered to return to the Orthopaedic Clinic in 2008, I accepted and have been at OGHS since that time.

What is your favorite thing about working at OGHS?
I enjoy the family atmosphere at OGHS, as well as the camaraderie with the employees and the other physicians. People are what make an organization great and we have some really great physicians and employees at OGHS.

What do you enjoy most about being a physician?
I enjoy the ability to help alleviate pain and suffering for my patients. Many of them come to me in unbearable pain and it is a great feeling to be able to help them.

What would you like everyone to know about you?
I would like everyone to know that I use the gifts that God has given me to the best of my ability to serve him and others.

What do you like to do in your free time?
In my free time, I enjoy coaching my son’s sports teams, following the LSU Tigers, hunting and fishing.
