Dr. Eliza Tate Joins OGHS Medical Staff

Kenneth Cochran, DSc, FACHE, President/CEO of Opelousas General Health System has announced that Dr. Eliza Tate, Family Medicine, has joined the medical staff of Opelousas General Heath System.

Dr. Tate earned her medical degree from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in Shreveport, LA.

She completed her Internship and Residency at LSUHSC-S in Family Medicine at Rapides Regional Medical Center in Alexandria, LA. She served as Chief Resident from 2017 – 2018.

She has joined the medical practice of Dr. Freddie Fandal, Jr. and is now accepting new patients. Her office address is 17695 Highway 190, Port Barre, LA, and her office number is (337) 585-7898.
