Shots for Tots

Opelousas General Health System will be offering immunizations to children on the third Saturday of each month, except for April, July and October when they will take place at Acadian Medical Center in Eunice.  Below is the schedule for the rest of 2013. 

When the clinic is held at our Main Campus, 539 E. Prudhomme St., it will be in our 3rd floor auditorium. Contact person for Main Campus is Liz Colla, 407-4428.   

When the clinic is held at our South Campus location, it will be in the office of Great Beginnings Pediatrics, 3983 I-49 S. Service Rd., Suite 201.  Contact person for South Campus is Chiffionia Collins, 407-2795.

The Shots for Tots clinic takes place from 9:00 a.m. until Noon. The cost is $10 per child.  Please bring your insurance information.  If participation is low, clinic may close as early as 11:00 a.m. 

March 16th - OGHS Main Campus
April  20th - Eunice Community Medical Center
May 18th - OGHS South Campus
June 15th- OGHS Main Campus
July 20th - Eunice Community Medical Center
August 17th - OGHS South Campus
September 21st - OGHS Main Campus
October 19th - Eunice Community Medical Center
November 16th - OGHS South Campus
December 21st - OGHS Main Campus
